Prima Swirl watery

I had this problem a while back with Swirl turning watery (had it replaced) and now I find that the replacement product is watery again. The first bottle turned watery within a month or so of receiving it, and this replacement bottle turned watery a couple of months ago, but I am not sure how long I have had it, it seems like I have had it about 1 1/2 years. I keep the bottle in a cabinet in my garage so its not affected by sunlight, so I have a feeling its time related, but I wanted to hear if anyone else has run into this.

I've had a bottle for over a year with no issues... I just shake it REALLY well (like for a minute) before use....

Mine stays in a cabinet in my garage, and temperature varies from about 30 degrees to 100 degrees.

I always shake my products, sometimes I find myself shaking my bottle of distilled water, thats how much of a habit it is for me.

Same here - I shake everything before I use it, and for any product like polish or sealant that's thicker than water, I also take off the cap and blow out the nozzle before I put the bottle away, so I don't end up with a dried-out slug of product in the nozzle the next time I use it.

Who did you buy the Swirl from? Contact the retailer--if it was from me, then send me a PM with your order number and I'll get a replacement out to you.

Sorry to hear about the Swirl. It's not time related. As long as the cap is on and closed, it should hold up fine.

Shoot me an email or call and we'll get you a new one. Please contact us, even if you did get it from Richard. We'll take this one on.

I truly love this place - a customer has a problem, and Richard and Nick are practically elbowing each other out of the way to help him out with a replacement!

A lot of places could learn customer service from Show Car Detailing and Detailer's Paradise - this kind of treatment is the rule from them, not the exception.
