Bit the bullet

I bit the bullet today and ordered up about $275 worth of goodies from Detailer's Paradise.

The big bullet was the PC, pads, and various other sundries of Cut, Swirl, Goose, Egg, Swashbuckle...wait, some of those are wrong.

I actually clayed part of our "new" 2004 today and immediately came inside (after convincing my wife I NEEDED a PC) and ordered it all up.

Mmmmmmmmmm, I can't wait.

Now do yourself a favor and pick up OctaneGuy's DVD on how to use the PC. You will learn tons and be more comfortable trying the machine for the first time.
Congrats on the purchase - you won't regret it!

Smart man !! Just wait until you see the results. You'll be like me and wonder why you didn't get one years earlier.

And I second what Chuck said. That investment into OG's DVD will be a little more money well spent. I watched the whole thing once, taking notes, and then watched some of the most helpful parts a second time before touching my MINIs with the PC.

Can't wait to see your pics !!

Congrats and you are correct you do need a PC to do great work.
I tired without one and just about a year ago joined the club. You will see it is money well spent.

It will be here Thursday! Whooppeeeeee!

Only problem is, I'll be in Minneapolis, watching my 11 year old daughter play in a super-huge soccer tournament.

PC, daughter, PC, daughter...?

We all know it, daughter wins, hands down, without a fight.

Maybe you can combine these two things and PC your Daughter. She'd be nice and shiny and swirl-free.

Disclaimer: Please do not PC your children. If you do so, I am not liable for any damage to said child, neither temporary nor permanent.

You got to shave her head first - otherwise the hair gets all tangled up in the PC and pulled out by the roots. That would be cruel. Also don't use Cut on a child, Swirl on a white pad should be plenty.

And despite the old saying that "The Eyes are the Windows to the Soul", do not use Clarity on her eyeballs. But if you do so, either accidentally or intentionally, make sure you use the proper Glass Cloth for maximum cleaning.

She's 11, she's squeaky clean without any help from me.

Trust me.

Then again, maybe I could bring some Hyrdo on my trip for when I get sweaty on the sidelines watching her play soccer...that would clean me right up for the ride back to the hotel.

Careful using that Hydro on your person.

You've seen those Axe body spray commercials where guys get attacked by horny women ? Hydro makes Axe smell like camel **** to the average woman.

Consider yourself warned.
