What do you use to maintain the exterior black plastic trim?
303 is good if you want to spray and go.
Then you have griot's rubber and plastic stuff, thats spray and go too.
THey really dont last more than a few weeks.
Black wow lasts by far the longest, 3 months outdoors in bad climates. It cleans the rubber as well while you do it. Very good stuff. It is a bit more picky to apply than the other two. One tiny bottle lasts super long, like years.

Hey RJ, I use a paint pad (thin foam/fiber pad that is used in trimming and applying latex paints and has a flexible plastic backing - from Home Depot). I cut it down to about an inch square. I've found that the foam can't hold too much BW and the fibers that cover the foam help it last through multiple applications.
It will take it off with some scrubbing. But I think Richard has another product now (Black Prep or something like that) that's really designed as a cleaner that does it better and easier.
Question on applying black wow (haven't seemed to master it yet). When you start out with the dime/pea sized amount, how do you spread it around with out it getting alot in one place and not much in another. I tried dabbing around the skirt but that didn't seem to work to well.
(not meant to offend, just my experience).

i take a pea sized and spread BW on my Kiwi foam pad. then
i make one slow stroke down the lip of the arch.
then i do small circles to spread the BW towards the top of the
arch.
i may/may not add more BW on the pad to get to the top edge
of the arch. then i gently work the product in (slowly) until
i see no smears. if i see smears i need to wipe it off with a
paper towel.
I just recently used a different product on some of my black trim. Its called Bumper Coating and its made by Duplicolor who makes fantastic aerosol products. It comes in an aerosol can so it's easy to apply (two light coats). Its a little bit of a pain to get some trim pieces off but if you're willing to do it the effect is great. My plastic was looking very dried since I live in New Mexico but since I've applied it the plastics stays a deep rich black and will never need to be sprayed again. But, that's only if you want to go the extra mile
I use Nero.. Maybe I wasnt using black wow right or something, but I found it collected dust like crazy and never got that small amount of wax off the trim..
For me its Nero all the way. I have the BW and Ill try it again, but I have had thee bst luck with Nero. Lasts long, low dust, looks hawt for a week, and I can just wipe the dust off the rocker w/o worrying about loosing the shine...
