Me park on the street? No way in bupkis is my car going to stay on the street. It is bad enough they have to sit outside when we are at work.

minimk3, it was not that expensive to build. I get the fan blade and support from an old 4 ton air conditioning compressor. Built a box which holds the 4 20"x25" air filters. Took an attic fan ventilator and fix the vanes to act as a guide. Hung it from the roof of the garage in the corner and aimed it until I got a nice circulation.

I think I spent about $250 on it, not counting labor.

I'm with you on the no shine on the rubber stance. Nothing looks more tarty then shiny tires (IMO) .
I have boiled my tire dressing down to one of two products: Zaino Z-16 or Wizard Black Renew from Detailers Paradise. Both do an exceptional job of cleaning and blacking my tires, but with no hideous shine.
I was wondering about OG's Black Wow. Anybody tried it on their tires?

you can see the sidewall of my GS-D3 with a light app of InsaneShine.

no glossiness, just a nice semi-matte finish.

Look in my gallery. It is parked in my driveway. If you look closely you will see some older product I have tried and a few I am currently trying on the shelf in the garage.

And those pics were the morning after I brought Romi home, so they still had the awful crap the dealership puts on the tires on it. I have since done the first pass detailing on her and will finish the second pass this weekend. I will probably replace the currnet pics as she already looks much better.

Of course this all depends on the weather.

Hard to tell, from your picture, how the tire really looks. Could you take a flashlight and get a glare angle in the pic of it? Nice looking wheel.

My intentions are definitely OCD when it comes to wanting my baby to be clean, but time and life only permits once a week at best. So once every other week!!!!!!
