I will post a pic when the prototype is done.

I'll likely fool with it next week.

Is anyone counting how many cars we have? Remember 20 is the max.

I know we have RED and BLUE what about the White any Pepper White participating?

Also, how many people are staying in Annapolis for the fireworks? We can host a few folks on top of our roof or we can go inside the USNA (half a block from our place) . Want to come to our place after the Parade and before the fireworks?

I guess with mini being BRG I could decorate it like one of the Brits.

We should make sure we have large signs of DCMM. Last year at the Capitol Hill Parade we put them on the windshields. I can have them laminated so they will stay put.

Would it be possible to get a roster for who's going? I wouldn't want anyone (including myself) to get turned away because too many Mini's show up.

lastrega - ouch...check those HTML tags. But I can leave one of my MCs at home. Just decided which is hard. Mine is the sports car and my sisters is the Cabrio.

Oh and MINI #1 is PS/S MCSa
MINI #2 is AB/B MCC

MDSBRAIN I tried to do my best... I am going to leave the though choice to you ... maybe we can have them both...

I had a nice list on MS Word but I had to edit the whole thing because funny things will come up when I did cut and paste...

MD STREGA2

PS: if you don't like the color I assigned you, go and get another MINI, OK ?

OK, I'm still trying to learn who drives which MINI!

Looks like we have a full roster.

Idea!

Who wants to practice some Russ Swift type demo stuff with me for the parade? No? OK, Who wants to practice some Shriners go cart type parade demo? No?

(Sorry to those who haven't seen either and don't know what I'm talking about, trust me if you had you'd be smiling now)

You're right, we don't want anyone hurt

Hey all,

Here's a thought. Some have mentioned Tate MINI "sponsoring" some MINI's in the Parade..why not ask Tate MINI to provide Pepper White MINI's, which our lineup is woefully lacking? Loaners for the afternoon, of course.

We'll provide the drivers :-)

Just a thought.

Cheers,
matthew z

Thats an idea. But as this point my discussion with Mark the DCMM president has decided that Jen is probaly the best person to talk with Tate. She is the PR person as I understand. So this could be something she could mention to them.

Hmm..last time I was @ Tate they had a used MCS w/ Works package that was PW.

There you go thinking again! :-)

Noticed that myself. Of course, there's only so much love you can get out of a JCW MINI at 5 miles per hour. I know. Personally, I'm looking forward to a steady 5 m.p.h., and not the usual stop-and-go that speed entails.

Cheers,
Matthew Z.

I second that. Except since I'm in the military, I have to convince my supervisors that it's not.

Patriotic Decoration

I'm wondering if the US-flag sunroof decal would be accepted as decoration. And if it is, are the two weeks left enough to do it on my car?

Too late for the Annapolis parade, but not for the Capitol Hill one. Check out the other thread in the forum about this.
