Hurrah for Mini Of Towson!

Just met up with the Service Manager at Mini Of Towson, he lives pretty close to me. He exchanged cars with me and is taking my Mini Convertible to work tomorrow to have the leak fixed. He knew exactly what was wrong as well as why a bunch of other issues are happening. Hes going to check the back seats for water damage and have them replaced if needed. I even got a BMW SUV loner. Go Towson!

I had a success story with them as well, which is why I keep going back. Glad it seems to be working out in your favor finally.

Don't get spoiled with the loaner though, I usually get a Pontiac!

I am very big on Mini of Towson, having now purchased two cars from them. For prospective new/used buyers, ask for Brad. A pro.

Here is another for Towson MINI. Their service department is first rate (and it is high praise indeed coming from me, since I look upon all service departments as being suspect). Any dealer who is common-sense mod friendly, who will get some rather involved work done to the car while I wait and will even install just about any mod you can imagine for you is okay in my book.

Totally agree

In fact, here is what I got from them today.... an new '05 MCS... I love this thing. I would have sex with this car if it were possible.

I'll second GreatBear's comments. I just had my pulley installed at Towson yesterday. I brought my own part and they didn't care. (I was going to have them fit my rear sway bar but couldn't wait for that job too.)

The service department is top notch, friendly and not anti-mod at all.

(The sales team is also first rate. Especially Brad and Barry.)

I had an excellent buying experiece with Brad as well. Several months after I took delivery of my car he was still very responsive to my phone calls. I had prepaid for some dealer installed parts that were not in stock. When I got the
parts elsewhere, he got me a refund check in a week.

Even better news from Towson for DC Metro MINIs members, they have just agreed to give us the same 10% of parts and labor that Tate and Sterling do!

nice

That will be good to know when I get my rear fog light installed. I purchased my Convertible Car Cover from them and I didn't mind paying 180 for it especially since they solved my leaking roof.

More on this annoucement will come formally later this week. Don't forget that this is only for DCMM members who can show a valid membership card at the dealer.

And let's not forget their cool coffee machine. It must have had a dozen different flavors.
