For a long time, there was a black Scion xB (one of those really boxy ones) that parked in the garage at my office building, and it had the VA license plate:

EFF HUGH

I was AMAZED that it managed to pass censors! Well, eventually I guess the DMV caught up with him (probably due to a number of complaints)... and I later saw the same car with just a regular random plate.

 

Jeez, that's awful!!! I'd even feel kinda self-concious driving around with plates like that.

No pics yet, as my Mini just arrived at Tate yesterday. Having JCW, brakes, and suspension installed, so won't be picking up until next Friday (hopefully). However, I do have approved plates "MY MAUS" waiting for me at my Texas Tax Accessor's Office (they're just waiting on my registration paperwork.

i had IH8USUV on my miata in VA.
i've also had many many other personalized plates. I'm sticking with standard for now with the mini :P

 

Haha - great plate! Maybe a little more directly aggressive than what I'd get, but who am I kidding... once I put the "I drive a MINI... What are you compensating for?" sticker on the back, it's ALL over.

 

If you use Maryland as a standard, you can use spaces and can only use alphanumeric characters.

My first suggestions would be:

Goliath
Yeababy
RUADHD2

 

What can i say? I have guts. The suv plates didn't last long.

I traded those plates up for "MY SIZE." (you can barely see the plates) The pic was taken a week before i hurt the miata, then sold it.

This is a standard license plate on a Lexus RX330 issued by the state of CT .

Anyone care to venture a guess of what 833 TCH means?

I can't believe the state of CT missed that one. The plate was actually issued to my Ex-wife, which I thought it was very fitting.

I ride on a Harley named Hogzilla (plate HOGZLA) and I have a PA plate from Harley Owners' Group with a # on it, but my MINI name is MINI Zilla and has been since April, 2004. Nice plate!! Keep track of how many people recognize the meaning. Everyone I have asked around here, Southern Maryland, including bikers, have not heard of the Dragon, which is a good thing. With the exponential rise in the numbers of MINIs attending each year, it's going to be crowded in 2006. I'll be there as part of the crowd.
