you should get your fair share of people trying to figure out what that means when you check out the rear view mirror...it's worth it when you see someone that gets it...

There is another variation of COMPNS8 in VA, red MCS I saw in Alexandria. My wife and I love those plates. We were thinking something like that for our car but since she drives it most of the time it wouldn't work as well.

i can imagine the looks she would get...my girlfriend occasionally drives mine, and she has gotten some confused stares as she passes by...

betaing

I guess you've been beta testing it for me... I had a few choices up on my whiteboard at work. Everyone got the word on that one, but no on figured out what I was getting at. I didn't tell the old lady I ordered it yet, but she doesn't drive a stick yet anyway, so she won't be worried by the confused looks...

Wouldn't that have been:

1TYB1TY? Seems the B and 1 are reversed in your example... ?

Kinda along these lines - does anyone know if there's a registry of available plates (specificially in CO) that you can check to see what's available before you order? I've got some ideas for our impending Cool Blue convertible, but I'd like to see if they're available before I order. . .I couldn't find anything online but maybe someone out there has the 411.

Thanks!

if you are in VA

The Virginia DMV site is great and allows you to create your own plate. It will tell you it your choice is available.

"621 AOK", PA tag.

British tag to match for the front, black with silver lettering, period-correct.

Just gotta contact EZ-Pass, and get my license updated before they hit me with a violation!

Cheers,
Matthew Z.

I thought they had something like that in Colorado, but I'll be darned if I can find it!

Anyone know if there is such a beast??

Wish I could order mine. Bought the Mini, and wife left on vacation... Maryland says I cannot order the plates without her signature, because she is a co-owner on the title. :/
