While I'm not a Mini owner yet, I will be in a few months (sometime in the spring) and Edge encouraged me to jump in anyway, so hello! I have to say, I feel lucky to live in an area with what appears to be quite an active group (going by the 'new post' indicators on the forums).

Since I don't have a Mini yet and the search function has been able to answer all my questions 2 or 3 times over, I imagine I'll be mostly back to lurking. I am planning on being at MoS in the morning on 12/20 though, so hopefully I'll get to meet some DCMMers at the meet & greet (I'll just have to hide my Accent where no one will see it ).

minirab - I'm already enjoying myself, but I think my friends and family are on the verge of locking me in a cell and throwing away the key if they hear one more debate on color choice

CR&PW&JB - did you create those very customized car graphics? I figure they can't be generic since they look exactly like the cars in your gallery

 

The cartoon MINIs are created by a poster by the name of COOPERation. He can do your MINI, too. Just find the thread called "What If" and add your request to the end of the thread. And be patient... he's quite busy.
