Safelite did a HORRIBLE job today replacing the windshield in my car - scratched up the hood, cracked a piece of trim and did not even vacuum the broken glass out of the car. I need to send estimates for repair work - Sterling suggested D&V Autobody... Any thoughts or recommendations?

What Safelite location did you take your car to?
Unfortunatley I am still dealing with those clowns since my first visit to them this past May. Seven visits to them and my car still isn't right.

 

Argh - seven visits???!!! A tech came to my house - horrible job. I'm so disappointed as I have had two other replacements with no issues. I'm not 100% sure what office... Will try to find out. I refused payment and am taking action through GEICO. Good luck to you!

I used Royal AutoBody in Sterling, and they did an awesome job on my door.

 

If you can afford 'em, WagonWerk is possibly the best in the Area.
