Would anybody be interested in a pre-Meet & Greet run through Great Falls like we've done before? And, wondering if anybody would be interested in lunch at the British Pantry afterwards?

Cool

For BP, we might have to reserve the spaces way ahead of time. They're usually booked weeks before hand.

Maybe we can just go ahead and reserve 12 spots for that day, now.

Great idea.

12 spots and around 6 of their infamous shepherd pies.

I'm in for the run and the meet and greet but not lunch.

I did part of that run yesterday and had fun until a minivan and a pickup decided to take really slow. The only one who was more annoyed than me was the guy in the GTI behind me. Clearly Sunday afternoon is not the best time to do this.

We're in...

Dan and I are in for the Meet & Greet and lunch not the run. 1 Shephards's Pie, I'll try something different off the menu this time.

I will be there. Check out my previous post about forming a walk team team to support the fight against diabetes. I think there will be more information about our team at the meet and greet. See you there

For somebody who is going to be there for the first time; where does everybody meet? I know there isn't a lot of parking there at all. I'm guessing that MOS will still be open for business with their normal customers.

Calling for some help here.

We need two volunteers: one to lead the micro-run to the Meet & Greet, and, one to lead the group of those who are going to the British Pantry.

I will not be able to make either. Hopefully, somebody can fill these vacancies.

I wish I could help leading the run. I have a photo shoot on Sat @ 10am in Md. and I don't think I will have enough time to get back if I do the run.

The route is really nice and not too long. Actually, it is <20 miles and should be done in less than 45 minutes.

I can provide the detail road sheet and the map as needed.

For some who hasn't try this "McLean Manshion's twisties Run" before, should try it. You will love it.

I can lead the micro-run before the meet & greet. I've done it a few times on my own and will have time to make a couple more passes before Saturday.

Chris - can you send me the route sheet? I usually ending up making a couple of wrong turns.

If it helps, I can reverse-engineer the tail end of my "Spring Fling" route sheet to produce a slightly more interesting run from MoS to the British Pantry than the "direct" route (i.e. 28 to 50). I'll also be happy to lead it... but I won't be there for the micro-run.

I went through the area this afternoon. They were paving the road surface, I'd say it should be done before the weekend.

The roads will be smooth as silk.

Laura, I will send you the road sheet this evening.
