I would like to join you guys for this event. I have not done a Mini run but it sounds like a lot of fun!!
If you do not have a 2-way radio, I will have an extra with me. Also, depending on your driving style, its slower at the front and a wee bit quicker at the back. Always keep a MINI in front of you and a MINI in your mirror !

Yeah, 2-way radio ... don't forget. It will become very handy.
Darn ! I knew that I forgot something... me first run as well... no 2 way radio.... only a transceiver that my son used while he was flying out or Martin State for a while. Marylander, WELCOME !!!!

I have a transceiver and a headset from flying too, tune into 122.8 and we'll talk
Just kidding of course, we use channel 7 with subchannel 21 on the "radio-telephone" (Brit lingo for 2 way)
Sunday - Cloudy with a chance of rain and snow. Highs in the mid 40s. East winds 5 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation 30 percent. Sunday Night - Cloudy with a 40 percent chance of snow. Lows around 30.
Only 30% chance of rain during the day..... keep the faith mates... keep the faith.
And after looking at Spitfires NAM name so often.... I'm thinking about changing mine to be 303 Sqdn.
With the Weather Team's, or for that matter, any of the other weather prognosticator's record of accuracy, I think the more rain, snow and general dreariness they predict the better chance we have for a sunny and warm Sunday.
I'll wait until Sunday morning and see what it looks like.
Oh, for the MINI lovers who will join us tomorrow, I heard that there will be some fun game going on during lunch, to test if you all really are "MINI fanatics".
Thank you Chris for helping me with the posting and organization and radio relay.
Thank you Rab for sweeping.
Thank you Marina for taking the time to put together the quiz.
But most importantly

Thank you Mr. Mellow Yellow for staying home. The weather was beautiful.
Your check for 35 cents is in the mail.
Seriously, sorry that you and Bev and Ed had to miss the run.
Maybe we can get together some weekend and I'll take ya'll through it.
Thank you to all that took part... you made the first run of many by me and my son immensly enjoyable ! When I joined DCMM, I was told that all the members are super nice and that the runs that Bill organizes are a blast... today proved that both statements were true.
Thank you again to all of you .... and the collection to buy Spitfire a flight in a real one will be commencing shortly !
