So I am having another art show. This time in Rockville at Glenview Mansion. I know there has been several club members who have expressed interested in the past. There should be 3 mini related works on display as well as a slew of others.

But alas, Jay and I have to be in West By Gawd to move my grandmother out of her house...that she has owned for 45 years....this will be interesting...

Yes, but that arteeeest herself will be there on opening night along with her work.

 

I also have an artist talk mid-week. Come and see me make an a$$ of myself. I really never know what to say at these things. My art openings are the only times I tend to be shy.

 

Take a couple of shots before you speak to help.

I can't make it on Sunday, but I would love to hear you speak. When is your talk? Since I live here in Rockville, I will most likely be able to attend that. You'll do great !

We can do another "Coffee & Minis" somewhere in Rockville on the day, then we all can motoring there.

 

That sounds like a great idea!

Well the art has been dropped off and is being hung by professionals. If anyone is wondering 67+ artworks will fit into a mini!

I just came back from the opening a short time ago. Wow... it's astounding how talented Sherill is at her very unique form of art. The attention to detail and the obvious painstaking patience it must have taken to create just one of her pieces, let alone the entire collection...

I highly recommend that people try to visit this month while the art is still there.
