I miss Oscar, definitely the most fun car I've ever driven but it's not the same as what I'm driving now!

Sorry. First time I read that, my aging eyes saw "when" instead of "why".

2013... got it last July. Porsche makes a GREAT car, I've always said that those cars are made for drivers by drivers. Everything is ergonomically correct, the auto wipers work exactly the correct way, everything has thought put into it.

It's a smooth driving car but out of all the cars I've had, none have had the grin factor the Mini provides.

Hopefully one day I'll get another one, I miss Oscar.

Well, looks like I might be in a mini sooner than later. Today I took a roadster (both auto and stick) for a test drive and YUP, it's as fun to drive as I remember it.

Running some numbers now... guess we'll see if I'm allowed back into the Mini fold.

Thanks guys... I'll keep ya informed as I find out. It's basically going to come down to economics. If I can't get enough out of my car, I may have to stay in it. I owe less than half of what I paid for it 2 years ago but when I configured my mini, I was over 45K so with the equity in my car, I'd be financing about 28K'ish.

Point is, if I'm going to making payments for roughly the same amount as what my payoff is, I may as stay with what I have.

We'll see... let ya'll know when I find out.
