If you don't mind the roof graphic thread from the 1st gen section;

https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...ad.php?t=44915

Mine is being put on the car tomorrow!! (But it's a surprise as to which one.)

I bought the graphic kit from Mini of Morristown, and installed it myself.

Was it hard to install? Could an 18 year old with no experience with giant stickers do it?

Hey Jaykay, I think I saw you pull in at MoM last Thursday as I was leaving first thing. If that was you, sorry I didn't come over and say hello and praise your great color MINI and cool roof graphic. Darn that having to get to work thing.

Don't worry, it will be. Need to get something else done after the vinyl install; then pics will be posted for sure.

Yes, I think it took me about 90 mins to go from prep to happy with the installation. Only issue with the R56, is you can not detach the antenna (without unbolting from under the headliner), so I decided to make a small cut in the end around it. I am very happy with the install.

St. Andrew's cross

For the blue & white paint scheme I went with St. Andrew's cross.

A lady in a city that shall remain anonymous decided to design her own roof graphic. She finally wound up with an...interesting...one with Mick Jagger sticking out his ample tongue. Then she wanted a personalized license plate. This particular state only allows 6 letters (and a space), but she decided on TEA BAG. She asked the local, anonymous-city club for approval.

Boy, was that thread active!

Idea came to light this MINI:

I did make a similar white compatible with the glass roof, I made the pose for read direction since the original MINI ( driver side), A member of my MINI club has a machine to cut the stickers, super

I like harmony Blue / White for MINI, the another S is my second car

I have a custom UJ that I got from Cooper Flags. The sections that are outlined in blue are open, so I still get some light in... I absolutely love it.

I had a Union Jack made at a local Fast Signs to fit my sunroof. It is perforated, so you can still see through it. They say it it cuts light transmission by 25%.

Thanks for posting the pics. Love the graphics...wish I could come up with something for my MCS. Also thinking of removing the bonnet stripes but afraid of the ghosting.
