R60 Factory Tires

I have Mini 5-Star Spoke Alloy Wheel 7J x 17 wheels on my 2012 Mini Countryman S (VIN: WM26148) in need of new tires. Two questions:
1. What are the Factory original “All Season” Tires that were fitted on this car? I know they are 205/55 R17 run-flat tire -- I think from Continental?
2. What is the closest match for a non-run-flat replacement? I prefer Continental.

Thanks,
Vince

Check with Tire Rack. I think Conti makes 2 versions of the SSR tire , one a Run Flat ,and one not. My 2012 Clubman S had the Conti All Season SSR Runflat 16" tires, and my wife's 2012 Countryman S had 2 season Pirelli All Season tires in 18". Hers required Snow Tires since the Pirelli's were just not meant for Cold Weather or Snow[ hence the 2 season rating]

I love my Falkens. I am at 42K with my all winter 19's. They are getting a little low on tread but it's the only tire I have hit 40K on with a Mini.

Stock tires varied.

Ours has the Pirelli Cinturato P7s

Take a look at the Continental DWS06. Especially if you are in a wet or snowy area. Look into a 225/50/17 instead of the 205s.

My '13 Countryman S ALL4 has the OEM Continental ProContact SSR 205/55R17 runflats - I just ordered new tires from Discount Tire today (Continental ControlContact Sport A/S 215/55R17 non-runflats ( http://www.continentaltire.com/produ...1555zr17-94w/? ) -- they were $147 each but have a $70 rebate that's good until Saturday (12/23). The OEM SSR's were $139 each from discount tire if you want the OEM's again. I don't think the SSR's qualify for the rebate though.

we'll see how they react when I get them installed next week...

is there a lot more body roll ,or just a little?
i'd like the sleightly bigger sidewall to help avoid flats due to potholes
but thinking of going to 225/50 if the 215/55 take too much cornering stability away

On stock suspension the body roll is all the same. Same mildly crappy suspension. Certainly feels better, but its because they are way lighter.. My 225/55/17s are snow tires, while the 205/55/17s are OEM runflats....total opposites.
