Smith blower
I have acquired an 1966 Austin Mini. Am beginning disassembly and have a question. Has a Smith blower mounted on top left of engine compartment and I'm not finding any information about it. Any info appreciated.

How about a pic? some cars had a fan blower to aid in ventilation....

I think he means something like this, tho most of the blowers I've seen have been mounted under the fender in the wheel well.....we won't know fur sure till he posts again or puts up a pic.....

Well, it's definitely a heater/ventilation fan, give us a pic from a little further back so we can see where it's located in the car.

Well its out of the car now. Located behind right hand headlight, the mount on inner wing about 12 inches back of front panel.
