I think so, too! However, unlike a classic owner I can't spot issues with these things unless they're obvious. Often I think I'm looking at a one-in-a-million car only to have someone point out how wrong I am
This is a problem I have over on Bringatrailer as well.

Can someone help me understand the 'magic wand' thing? Is it just a manual with the shifter on the steering column? Thanks in advance. I love the color, too. Oh yeah, I have one that color! I believe it is called Surf Blue. Mine has the white roof, though.
BTW, the same car is listed for sale in the NAM marketplace. I'm sure the seller would rather deal there without eBay's fees.

Several beat me to it..."rip a new one" over the color? Puhleeze, it looks great!
Just a smidge off the current Ice Blue of my ordered MINI, at least to these eyes, very nice indeed! I stashed a few photos of classics painted in this or similar shade in the event someone wants to start up with "since when did they build baby blue Minis / MINIs?". Since...a long time ago, apparently.
18hp. Same as my current lawn tractor. Wow.

On the very early cars, the shifter came out from the fire wall as a long and twisted rod to your driving post . . . finding a gear was "magic"
later cars have the "remote shifter" that ran linkage to a traditional shift location and a 'standard' floor shifter
