My head hurts, so I can't figure out the /S/S part of your car. Pepper white and silver?

yeah, carol.. I am just a kid. But I've seen a lot of the world. I was born iin Australia (Still have my citizenship there, and I'm going back next summer for a couple months), and I have lived in central America and plenty of other random places. I had to learn to mature quickly, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I'm not unpopular though, even though I'm not a drinker or anything. I played footbal, soccer, baseball, golf, and I was prom king way back in High School. I'm now working on my masters in Business management and I should be graduating a year earlier than expected. 4 1/2 year masters, anyone? lol

um... why did I just rant about my life? hmm...

I wonder if there is anyone that ordered a new MINI after this thread started and has taken delivery?

Maybe I didn't list it in the correct way.. but it is a Clubman S. PW with Silver roof and C pillars. I had them put the bonnet stripes on to help tie in the silver and black. We drove down and peeked at it and it looks awesome and that was while it was still dirty and in the rain.

Oops, I keep forgetting that the clubbies have their own unique coloring schemes. I imagine you listed it right, I just don't catch on to things right away.

I sooo want to see Australia,,, want to dive the Great Barrier Reef. That is great about your MBA- my hubby has the MBA or rather the Masters of Science in Finance? I think I am wording that right. Unfortunately he got the big lay off from GMAC Mortgage and it seems like his degree is a dime a dozen right now... esp. since he is most definitely NOT in his 20's. He is now teaching graduate courses at a couple universities.

So, where are you two from? It doesn't show a location for either of you.

On a side note, I did the "move the bluetooth mic" mod and it was super-easy. Anyone with a new MINI with BT should do it; makes it easier to hear, I am told.

That's truly upsetting about the lay off. I understand that through personal experience with the family and friends. It's a sad, and troubling experience. But... good things will come. I'll keep you and your family in my prayers.

I'm just thankful for the extended unemployment benefits. I've gone through 6 months with no job.

Just took the Cooper for a spin (top down) to pick up Chinese Food. I have on my garden gnome pajama pants and a t-shirt... such a party animal!

I wonder where Big Norm is... haven't seen him lately. Maybe he's "over" us?

Wonder if Skittles knows we're here?

Awwww, thank you, MtyMous, we appreciate that! Thank goodness for his ability to teach, it has been a lifesaver. It's crazy you would think that a higher level degree is some sort of guarantee.....but guess again.
And Will, I agree,,, about the extended bens we are still getting the COBRA but is sooo expensive though. eeesch!

I'm wondering what kind of combustion your intestines will suffer by combining Chinese AND burritos?!?
