Thursday AM our Fridge bit the big one, or so I thought, it's working Today, but sadly I've already purchased a Top of the Line Samsung as its replacement!! Oh and we are having a Sleep Number Bed Delivered on Thursday!!

Fridge is coming between Noon and 4 Today, was hoping for a little earlier so we can Shop...Shop...Shop to fill it up!! I did tell Hubby though, after he saw our Glass Recycle Bin FULL, that we only need to shop for necessaties, the other 3/4 of what I tossed does NOT need to be put back in. Funny Hubby is more excited about the Bed, I used to be, but thinking of how C@@L this New Fridge is going to be, I'm more excited about it!!

Molly has not been forgotten either, she is getting some MORE Detailing Products delivered tomorrow and yesterday I ordered a Sonax Wheel Cleaning Kit!!

Well, my excuse was that I had no power from Thursday to Saturday night last weekend then didn't have internet, cable or the land line until Wednesday- late afternoon. We had some really huge, nasty storms and our development took a beating..
But we are back to "almost normal",, whatever that means,, we still have to replace hubby's windshield and multiple dings from the hail that accompanied the storm, but hey, at least a tree didn't crush our car like our neighbors'!
Is anybody getting out and having fun this weekend?? We enjoyed a cute little parade that is hosted by our Park association and while talking to our neighbors I decided to continue the vist and invited them back to our front porch, I told them that the shade would give us a nice place to relax til about 4- 5 pm, then it would get too hot and we would break it up then... whelp,, the last people left at 11 pm that night!! It was great fun, though. Yesterday was a friend's pool party and we could see the fireworks from their deck,,, it was a super nice day for it yesterday. Now if someone could find the thermostat and lower the heat just a skosh,, I would be eternally grateful..!

I am thinking about taking a little power nap,, just so I can say that I got to take a nap.... so byeeeee for now!!

I'm loving this weather!!!! Beats 48 inches of snow any day!

 

I dream of snow. I am so much happier in cold weather. This heat nearly did me in (and caused a lot of problems for my critters back home).

I find it so strange that it's in the 90's over where my dad lives (Vancouver, WA), and that it can't even manage to break the mid-50's here.

I'm starting to think that SAD isn't just a winter problem around here.

AK which part of Vancouver, WA does your Dad live in...remember I'm a Vancouverite as well!!

So both the Fridge and Sleep Number Bed are here and installed, though I woke up 3 times last night due to be being to hot...don't know if it's the bed or just me. I've re-prorammed the Thermostat to 71 for sleep time, we'll see how that goes. Otherwise it's very comfortable, I noticed the 1st Morning that I could actually get out of bed and start walking with out my Feet Killing Me, so something must be working!!

The Fridge is Fantabulous 10 Times Over...our 2nd Trip of Grocery Shopping Today and there's still tons of room...Hubby hasn't figured out that you don't have to stuff things into the Freezer in the Garage, though!!

I really should go visit him sometime in the near future...
