Well as some of you have seen my other thread, I found out the Mini I bought came with a set of Rover Mini RSP edition wheels, I am thinkin about gettin rid of them since my car isnt an actual RSP and I'm lookin for some 13" wheels. From what I understand there were very few sets ever produced, i think somewhere in the range of 1600 Mini RSP's were ever produced, I have heard values for these wheels ranging from $600-$1100, I'm just trying to see if there is any interest in this set of wheels and how much I could realistically get for them, the wheels arent perfect as they are several years old and I am missing one of the center caps, so please let me know what you guys think! First time I've heard of such wheels. they look good on your car.
if the 13s are not the same width, they will stick out.

 

Just remember, if you put on 13s you will have to cut the front fender and add wider arches.

good luck on your sale....try ebay....it will give a realistic idea of what someone else is willing to pay for them.

 

What are the wheels worth?? And what size are they?

 

Not sure exactly what they are worth, but they are 12x4.5

 

the wheels are not as rare as the car, Many many minis will have them on one side! I know it sounds nuts but if you look at minis that were factory equipped with minilites you will see many cars have 2 rsp wheels. (RSP wheels differ from std factory fitted mini lites in only one way, the bolt holes are in line with the spokes instead of inbetween.

I would say that unless you find an RSP owner with no wheels you will not get much more if any more than a standard set of rover minilites.

Depends if you are selling them with or w/o tyres/wheel nuts. The wheel nuts for rover minilites are VERY expensive and thus add to the value, If the wheels are nice and not peeling and the tyres are good and the lugs are not all distored I value them between 400-500US dollars maybe a touch more if mint and good name brand tyres with full tread.
