Hey everyone. So the Milwaukee MINIs are trying to get enough MINIs for a tuning day with Jan from RMW. We have a dyno set up in the Menomonee Falls area. Price is $500-600(depending on how many peeps join in). Jan will be flying in personally to do this if we get at least 12 interested MINIs. So far we have 5, possibly 7. Check out Milwaukee MINI's Facebook page for details. Date TBD on when we get enough people. Point of reference: Jan did a remote tune on a completely stock 2008 MINI Cooper S 2 months back and it dynoed at 206-208 whp. PM me if you're interested and I'll keep you in the loop.

NOTE: No Dimsport tool is included in this price since Jan is doing the tune in person. Limited to N14 engines and earlier(so gen 1 are welcome)

 

I could be interested in this... I'm in Illinois and not really sure what this dimsport tool is but I guess I could research it a bit.

 

Dimsport tool is basically the handheld device you use for remote tuning. Since Jan is flying in himself, the tool isn't needed. Many of Jan's tunes are remote, so his pricing for those types of tunes include the tool. I'm just specifying that this particular in-person tune does not include the tool.

 

Well put me down on the list... hopefully we can find another 4 or so people to get in on this. Now it just needs to get nicer out so I can get everything installed.

I'm form Appleton area and the N.E.W. MINI Club. I just got off the phone with Jan. Seems like a real cool guy and he knows his stuff! Hopefully if finances allow it I too may be getting a tune on my '06 R53

I have a few mods on mine already; DDM Works CAI, GP Intercooler & DDM Works Diverter, JCW 380 injectors & JCW ECU tune, WMW 15% Pulley, and Megan Racing Cat Back Exhaust. So I'm hoping that this tune will wake my MINI up a little more

Damn, I really could use a flash tune ... Can he remap our ECUs for bigger injectors? I've had a set of Helix 440s that, so far, my Unichip refuses to run.
