Great service at MINI Korea
Great service at MINI Korea
I just wanted to comment on the great
service at MINI Korea. I have been there two times for minor service and repairs. Today I had my left horn replaced and my windshield washer system fixed. It took about an hour. Cost $65 including parts and labor. Previously I had the right front (rear) fender arch replaced and it was done in minutes. The gang at MINI Korea is great. Always courteous, and always make sure you are being attened to. There motto is "MINI Family". It does not surprise me that MINI Korea is been noted as the best MINI dealership in the Far East. I know of some MINI dealerships in the USA that could use MINI Korea as an example for customer service and satisfaction
. (I won't mention those dealeships by name).
Keep Up the great work MINI Korea!

yep! thank you very much!
Hey Armydog!!
did you buy your mini in Korea or did you import it from the States? The reason I ask is because I just relocated to Korea for work and I"ll be bringing my mini here. The company gave me a choice of either a new sonata as a company car, or pay to have the mini shipped here, so I chose to have my mini here. I won't have it until May/June, but it'll be worth it.
I spoke with a girl sales rep at Mini Korea and she seemed very nice. Haven't visited the dealer in person yet though.

However if parts are purchased you pay in Won but their labor cost is reasonable.

One of the first 2 new MINIs in Korea and now one of the oldest new MINIs in Korea. Funny how that works out
There are about 1200 MINIs here in Korea now. Still unique here......
REviving an old thread. I have a 2009 MINI S convertible and thinking about taking it to Korea. As luck would have it, I am being stationed there for 2 years but can bring one vehicle. Is anyone there now with any comments about driving MINIs or service in Korea?
From the ArmyDog comments and replies, I have my hopes up that it might work out well to take the MINI to Korea. Wondering if the price for service is still "reasonable"... Thanks in advance!
