Supposed to be. Randy Webb is coming (he did a bunch last year) but I can't get hold of him on the phone. If anyone else is planning on doing pulleys, I haven't heard anything.

I have an idea, too
Offer to be his asst for a while there. He can use the help I think. Help him do a few, then just do yours. He has the pulley tool with him all the time but it is needed for this job.
I am sure he will be agreeable...

You know my excuse...working. The joys of night shift. I would love to assist Randy. It would be a great learning experience anyway.

It's now official. There is an AMVIV pulley party. Friday at (probably) DynoJet, and saturday at the Boot and Bonnet Show at Palace Station. There are now links to sign up on the AMVIV home page, events page and schedule page.

I did get your response, thanks for being so prompt. I'm not quite sure what I will do yet. I don't think I will get my pulley done at the party but I may stop by and help out anyway. Besides if I watch you do it a few times, it will be just that much easier for me to do mine when I finally get around to. If nothing else I am sure that the party will be a popular hang out for the other 5280 members also. Ought to be a good time.

especially if I've just come from the gym and working out. Seems the working out stuff doesn't stick too well on this ol' 47 yr old, white, middle aged, soft around the middle, sit in an office (hetro too, grip) kind of guy, tho.

BTW, when you DO come to Denver, whatever the reason, I am calling a "First Annual Clover Memorial Invitational Ride and High Speed Twisty Session" here. Gripper knows all about those, and we have unlimited mountain choices for that.
