I need the white harness that connects to the BCM (body control module) in the passenger side footwell. This particular harness has 62 wires coming out of it from the passenger side rear. I need the harness and about 6-8" of wiring. Can anyone here help with this???

They should be able to order you the connector. Also, www.realoem.com is a way to find the Mini part number....

But let me tell you, connectors like this are a *****! You may do better to find a wrecked Mini and start digging for gold....

The connector itself is over $2K. Unfortunately, I've called almost every Auto Salvage in my area and none of them even HAVE MINI's *sigh* I'm filing an insurance claim now. We'll see what they say.

 

one I contacted found 3 BC2s, 2 in the US and one in Canada. Also, check the marketplace for anyone who looks like they're parting out thier car. They may never have thought of getting any $ for parts like this....

Yeah, I've sent him an email. No reply yet, but we'll see. I'm also looking at filing an insurance claim as well, so it's all kinda up in the air right now.

Try http://www.minirecycling.com/ in Rancho Cordova, CA. They're primarily a Miata shop, but have had this page up for a while (with the same 'we've got two MINIs' message )

Also, this guy seems to have a parts car, but looks like he deleted the listing on the 9th - he's been running craigslist ads forever...
