I'm looking for a deal.....used is prefered if in good shape..... will trade my Schrick "street" cam or just pay cash....if you have one laying around collecting dust...

I need to look closer but I think the cam I have is the cam they recommend for the Cooper engine...... Randy Webb and others have said that the race cam can sacrifice low end performance.... I don't want to do that.... but I would like to see the difference.....it would be cool if I could sell....my cam to a Cooper owner at a reasonable cost and try the "race" version....it's just a hobby

I got a hold of Denon....it seems there are people looking for my cam.... it seems it puts out better low/mid-range power. (I still want to make the change and see what happens) Denon is looking to make a trade for me.... If someone wants it $250 is still the price

expensive hobby.. i wouldnt mind ur cam .. but the labour cost to get the thing is in frikin ridiculous

 

agreed...... cheaper than therapy......maybe not......lol

most of the money I spend is converted from other past hobbies.... I always look for gear with very good resale value....... a lot of my mods were paid for when I sold my Harley and a few guitars and amps

 

MINI is not just a "hobby", it's a lifstyle

BTW I found a cam

 

one could argue we'd need need therapy considering the amount of $$ we pour into this hobby lol
