WTT: Chrome front grill for Black MCS grill

I have a chrome grill on my Mini Cooper, and would like to trade for a Black MCS grill. If you're interested, please send me a PM. It has to be in very good condition, as mine is.

Have you considered just covering the offending chrome slats with black vinyl?

Yes, I have. That's one option. I've already bought some black-out tape, but would prefer the real thing.

I bought a new OEM black grill, which is quite reasonably priced (https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...hp/photo/33754), and covered most of the cost by selling the chrome grill. It is much harder to find the right person to trade with.

Where did you buy it? I checked with the dealer, and they only carry them primed.

I bought them with NAM discount from Classic MINI. However, any dealer should be able to order them using the part numbers. In case you missed it, these notes are in the photo details:
Bonnet grille (complete assembly including chrome surround), p/n 51137133846, $45.40 from Classic MINI (MSRP $56.75)
Upper bumper grille slat, p/n 51117032899, $13.52 from Classic MINI (MSRP $16.90)
Flange nuts for bonnet grille (to replace any damaged during removal, 11 total), p/n 07131509597, $0.12 ea.

No longer available. I sold mine, and bought a new one.
