For the observant. When I first pulled the H2O pump off I seperated it at the gear case. This was in error and I have since replaced the gasket with new RTV sealant and re torqued it on. I then seperated the pump at the proper location. For the record, the internals of the gear casing were in perfect shape and the oil was very clear and no residue or sediment.

Intake manifold or did u have to give that up as a core?

 

Intake mani is sold. I did not have to give it up as a core as the Fireballed "stage 2" mani is a full custom piece that doesn't use a single part of the EM one. They do a nice job of polishing the exterior and polishing the interior of the stock one though. Saw this on another car while I was there.
