Way Motor Works is proud to announce a really cool idea we came up with. I know not everyone is ready to buy the really cool GoPro HD Camera setup yet, so we are going to be renting them out for $40 at the Dragon next week. Thats right you can rent the GoPro Camera from WMW, Use it to make a video of a run or two, then return it. Then we can either let you copy the video on your computer, or we'll copy it and email it to you. Your also welcome to use your own SD card. I plan on bringing a few extra SD cards if you want to just buy the card with your video.

We will also have the complete GoPro HD setup for regular sale, but only a few units.

We're thinking 2hrs, that would be long enough to make some runs on the Dragon and get back.

 

Hey if your thinking you may want to rent one, we recommend bringing your own SD card, the bigger the better. We are going to try to burn your video on a CD but we'll have to see how well it works.

 

I might look you up. We just got a GoPro, going to test it on the Dragon. But based on the short test I did so far, I can see a second one in our future for different angles

 

Great we charged the batteries for the rental units today.

You needed to advertise it better at the tent. i was in several time and did not know you were doing this. Had I know, i would have rented one to dio a few runs.

 

Well, I didn't rent one, but I bought one from you guys on Friday. We were able to do a couple runs on Saturday and the video quality looks great so far. It'll be great for future MOTD, track days, and Auto-x's. Thanks Way.

I guess I'll add one of the videos. For the best quality, open the video and change it to 720p... although it's still not quite as good on YouTube as the raw video. Hooked up directly to the HD TV is great.
