Are there any Internet access hotspots in the MOTD area? Is it futile for me to bring my computer in order to check email once a day? I'm in the middle of a job search so I don't want to be totally disconnected!

Most of Fontana now has wi-fi access free of charge. The first hotspot was turned up last year on the first day of MOTD. Now I've heard that there is coverage from the Lodge almost to the General Store. Given this you should be set

I think it was Joey, at Fontana that told Pam, who in turn told me, I don't remeber exactly, but it definitly was not that much coverage. That is their plan, but they aren't there yet.

Regardless there is coverage there. I know that there is a hub at the Adventure Center and also at the Lodge (in the lobby). Given this you should be able to get email access.

But I do want us to all play very nice and not use Fontana internet access to taunt those NAM members who could not make it to the dragon this year.

Time to dust off that old AOL account and check the modem

I talked to Joey's boss and verified coverage. We were prepared to extend coverage on our own if it didn't cover the vendor area
