MOTD trip mileage

Here are my fuel consumption and price figures for the trip. I mostly never drive more then 7-9 MPH over posted on the highways. These figures are the best I have ever seen.

Tank 1 10.8 gal 345 miles Dublin, GA (31.9 MPG)

Tank 2 8.2 Gal 255 miles Tuskeegee Motel, NC (31 MPG)

Tank 3 10.9 Gal 285 miles Maggie Valley, NC (26.1 MPG) Dragon runs

Tank 4 13.2 Gal 424 miles Kingsland, GA (32.2 MPG)

Tank 5 7.5 GAL 231 miles Home (30.8 MPG)

Total fuel cost $ 164.70

From Jax Fl to Fontana, speed was 75- 110 got 28.6 MPG ( love that s/c singing..) Back home we did about the same speeds with the 90-95 being the most average.. MPG was again almost 29 MPG!!

Just think what those SUV have to pay to fillup!! LOL 40.00 on the MINI was exciting....

Just me.....................................
