Exclamation 2017 CM S window connections

If the window works with scanner initiation and I have tried 3 switches with no go - no power to the switch as judged by the LED - is there a connection in the door that could be the problem?

Just trying hard not to have to drop a $1000 to take it to the dealer so any help will be greatly appreciated.

TY,

David Wilson

Recently, I checked the connections between the door and the car frame and found that the connection there wasn't firm. So I took the time to reconnect it, hoping that would fix the problem. But, no. Still no power to the switch. Until today. When I accidently hit the switch and it moved. I quickly closed the window.

So what is going on?

Thanks,

David

Update

We've had some unseasonably cold weather and suddenly the window switch LED came on when I pressed the button and the windows worked! For a day. Then it warmed up and now they don't work.

Looking for answers, so all wild theories welcome at this point.

TY,

David

Smile Fixed!

I took some time to examine the bus connectors between the chassis and the door and after making sure they were 100% secure - working window switch!

So you found a bad connection? That's great.
