Hey all - I just noticed the roof rails on our 2019 Countryman are peeling. I guess the two options are sanding and repainting or replacing the rails. My hope is that this might be covered under the CPO, but I'm just wondering if anyone has experience with this or had this covered by their CPO warranty.
Thanks, appreciate any thoughts or insights folks might have...

Our 17' starting peel a few months after the factory warranty ran out. Dealer didn't seem to really care, probably cause a few months after the claim they closed down. Anyways, I just sanded them down and plasti dipped. Its been over a year and they still look great just be sure to put on a really thick coat.
Thanks, that would be great. I've been in touch with my CA and Mini USA...I'm pushing that this should be covered under the original paint warranty. We'll see....
Yep no problem, they have weird paint codes that are not really noted for parts on the car that are not the main color.
You can check with MINI dealer on it but i think that the paint code. Report back if they find it. Some are super hard to find, wheel paint is hard to find.
