F60 cabin filter

cabin filter
Has anyone attempted to change the cabin filter in a 2022 countryman all 4, I know where the filter is, but how do you get the panel below the glovebox off w/o breaking the two clips on each side after taking the two screws out, when looking at the holes where the plastic clips are, it looks like you need to push something in to squeeze the clip together anyone have any ideas?.
Here it is on the F56, dos it look like its close to this?
