2018 Countryman S All4 - Brake sensors

Hi all,

My back front breaks are done and unfortunately I did not notice before it start grinding into the rotors. Starting noticing noise at the beginning of the week and by Thursday, grinding noise was present. Break power or sensitivity was the same until grinding started. Now I have booth pads and rotors to change. However, I am a little confuse as if there are suppose to have sensors on the countryman..

When removing the pads, I did not see any sensors nor any other wire to caliper. (Only one line) Am I missing something or does this car does not have brake sensors? (FYI - Canadian version) Anyone replace their pads recently that can confirm if sensors should be present?

Might be driving to hard on the break because my back pads are totally gone while my front still have about 3mm left at 41K kilometers. Seems so little mileage before I have to change and odd that it is so uneven.. *sigh*

Left one is the worn pad (back one)

Something wrong, should have brake sensors unless wherever you are they don't require them. Seems like a mistake in build or someone removed them.

Yep, should have the rear sensor, never seen a Canada version without it? Someone might have changed the brakes and then tied it back and connected the wires together as the old.. I dont want to replace my brake sensor ...trick
