Anything else I really need to know?
Thanks!

I have it on good authority that it will open soon. NAM just needs to get the Dragon aftermath out of its hair and then things can start going for MitM. As you may have noticed the server has been busy. If you look on the NAM home page we broke a record 2 days ago for the most users ever on line. The old record held for a little over a year. I would say when the after dragon excitement wears off (and it will, give it time) we will see some Mountain Fresh stuff on NAM.
Oh, What am I saying bring on the Mountain already!!!!!!!

GoMINIGo, Hopefully the thread "MITM's who's going" will answer alot of your questions until registration is open!
Copper Mountain Resort is where most of us stayed & they had plenty of rooms last year. I'm sure we'll also have a thread on "where's everybody staying?".
I roomed with some great guys that I had never met (last year). Everyone was friendly & open to sharing rooms, etc!
CAN'T WAIT!!!!

Registration for MITM2
is now open, with thanks to those of you who are patiently waiting.
If we had been able to book you all into the spare bedroom, with just dinner ont the porch, this would have been easier. But we are talking a big resort, hundreds of rooms, thousands of meals, and logistics out the ying yang.
Not to mention extra-terrestrial efforts on our part to bring the prices down.
And then the vendors. Gotta make it good for them, too.
Please see the NAM store for registration. Tomorrow you will see the Event Planner and then the Vendor Registration page.
All is well in the Rockies.

Just wondering what the schedule is for the first day so I know if I want to take an extra day off work to get there a day early.
Here is a summary of Thursday...
Thursday (Aug. 9) MITM Events
4:00 PM – MITM Welcome Social in and around the parking structure
4:00 PM -- 1st Annual MITM Mountain Microbrew Tasting – top level, parking structure. Entry fee: $3 (at the door) and some of your favorite microbrew to share. Don’t drink and drive. Light snacks provided.
7:00 PM – Short, evening rides (guided): “Parade around the Lake” and “Continental Divide at Dusk”
Afternoon, until dark -- Detailers Paradise Do-It-Yourself Car Wash (supplies provided). Bring your own microfiber drying towels.
Last year, most pp arrived on Thursday. Registration begins at NOON at the parking structure, so arrive any time after that. Since your Driver's registration includes the full ride packet, we suggest that pp pair up and head out. There are plenty of shorter destination rides to take. Then, the socializing starts late in the afternoon.
There is no formal dinner planned Thursday since arrival times are all over the board.
There are two short evening rides which are nice - right at dusk. Please plan to join us for those if you can.
Hope this helps,
JPS

There is only one parking structure
in the whole place. The rest are parking lots, or underground parking in the condo buildings, or garages in the residences. It is a 2 story structure and there are 197 spaces total, some of which are used by the vendors. Park either on top or below whichever suits you. The pp will be on top as will the food, beverage, registration, chalk art, and all the other goings on.
The 'Chapel' lot - just across the creek - will be used for overflow and it is where the group picture will be taken. It is also where the go-kart track is. It is sort of between the lodging registration building, the car wash area, and the parking structure.

Hi - I've been trying to locate an agenda for MITM. This thread shows the schedule/events for Thursday ... is there somewhere that lists the schedule/events for each of the days (Thursday - Sunday)? If not, can it be listed here? Thanks to anyone who can help with this!
Hello Foto!
We have not yet posted the 'Event Planner' in NAM since there are a couple of important items that we are still working on, but that are not final. However, I can give you the current schedule, below, until that time. You can also PM me your email address and I can send it out that way if you like.
Thank you for asking.
