I've got a 2011 R60 All4 with the 2" lift on it. The car has about 73k miles now, and had about 60k when I installed the lift kit. A few months ago, the ride suddenly felt rough. I stuck my head underneath and saw the right rear spring just dangling over the strut - a section of it had clearly broken. I replaced it.
​​Fast forward to today, when all of a sudden the ride felt rough again. This time the left rear spring is broken.

I know a lot of people run these lift kits. Are broken springs common with them? It's hugely frustrating to deal with.

Any thoughts?
