Suspension Ride height discrepancy
Any one of the 4 springs could be causing the problem. First make sure that all the springs are sitting in the perches properly.
If the left rear is sitting higher it could cause the left front to look lower. If the right rear is sitting higher it could cause the left front to look lower.
The easiest way to determine the culprit is to unload the front or rear suspension. Do this buy jacking the car up and placing the front or rear on stands at the factory lift points. Measure the ride height on the opposite end of the car.

All MINI's sit differently; it depends on your build date, and options (like sunroof). With the exact same set of springs, you can get a half inch delta with differently spec'd MINI's, no joke.
--->gooner; did you measure Before and After installation? Otherwise, there is no way to tell if the new springs are askew or not. Level ground, and pulling into the parking space straight is very important in measuring accurately!
