I think it's great. I lowered it 1.5" and am very happy with the stance. Just before putting the V2s on, I installed an NM rear sway bar. The combination of the coilovers and sway bar dramatically improve the handling. Much more kart-like now. I can take corners at high speeds with no understeer.
The ride is firm but not at all harsh. As suggested by KW, I set the adjustment at 9 clicks from full firm.
I understand that when the rear gets lowered, camber will need to be adjusted. I'm reading different things as to how best to fix this. Some seems to use control arms but I also see camber arms. What is the difference and what is needed? Thanks in advance, any input is greatly appreciated.

Adjustable control arms and camber arms are, I believe, two different names for the same thing. HSport arms are popular. I went with SPC because I like the look and the reviews are good.
Just recently lowered my R60 on coilovers to right about a half inch fender gap all around and I feel like I’m getting some minor rear axle bind upon acceleration at 50mph and up. No alignment yet and ordered some adjustable LCAs hoping to alleviate any binding once adjusted. This seems to be a hit or miss hiccup on lowered R60s, anyone have any suggestions on the matter?

Wow! I just bought the V2 for my R60 as well. I wonder what adjustable end link you used. I saw M7 Speeding has heavy-duty adjustable end link, but the range is from 175mm all the way to 350mm, depending on which section you pick. I'm planning on lowering the car by 1in(the min). Thank you!

I just realized that I never posted photos in this thread after I did the installation.
330HP is insane! I wonder whether you had any modifications on the transmission, like an upgrade to clutch and flywheels to make sure the transmission endures the extra power. I'm trying to do some tunings with my R60 as well(intake, intercooler, etc), but afraid that adding more hp will break the transmission apart. Thanks!

So the stock endlink fits the KW V2 even after you lower the car for 1.5''? If it works for me as well by the time I install it next week, it will be great. 300 bucks saved from buying adjustabel endlink!

I dropped $1,000 on a Godspeed MMX3540-A MAXX set of coilovers and no matter how much adjusting I did, they made the car so much worse. Then I bought H&R lowering springs (28923-1) and out those on the stock struts, and the car is fantastic. Others have said they make the car ride harsher than the stock springs, but I don't notice a difference. The H&Rs lower the car about 1-1/2" at each corner, which is noticeable but not extreme.
