How to removed breather hose from valve cover. I try to squeeze It but It have a lock on both side. I have no idea how to.

Are you sure you're supposed to squeeze them? They look like the opposite to me, like you have to pry them open.

The “official” removal instructions state those tabs get broken off, and new clip used for replacement.

I have taken mine off without breaking anything. It took some careful wiggling of the hose and gently prying the tabs apart.
It’s a one time use per bmw, but you can be gentle and pry it open
