Just doing my first oil change on my 2012 Countryman S and noticed quite a bit of oil seepage around the valve cover breather hose connection. SO I thought I would remove it from the valve cover and see what's up, but I cannot figure out how to remove the hose/fitting. Any ideas?

The car is still under warranty, the dealer should be dealing with it.

 

And they might, but since it's 200 miles to my MINI dealer I want to check that it is nothing major, like a rolled O-ring, that is easily fixable.

 

Figured out how to remove the fitting. Not obvious.

Turned out the o-ring on the hose was not fully in its groove, reseated the o-ring and hope its fixed.
