Retrofitting automatic tailgate lift

Has anyone attempted to retrofit this option. I assume that the wiring loom might have the ires in place. My wife saw that it was an option on a new Countryman and now is constantly asking me to to see if it can be done on her 2012 model. HELP!

New Countryman are F60, she has R60. Really different cars, doubtful that anything would work wire loom wise.
