i have a 04 myself, and i'm about to take it into shop for repair. And one of my buddy is selling his 05 tailight to me for cheap. and i'm wondering what has to be done to retrofit this puppy.

i'm supposing rewiring the reverse light back onto the tailight housing? how difficult is this, anyone can provide more instruction?

also, i like to use my reverse light as a brake light, i will put led bulbs in there or some red bulbs or whatever. do i just rewire the original wire to the brake light and just change out the bulb?
