Retrofitting Flat Load Floor

I'm planning to do this myself on my 2013 Countryman SD. Most of the parts, I can source via Ebay.
Has anyone on the forum done it? Any tips? Thanks in advance,

Thanks for your reply. My boot looks like this so I'll have to install all the plastic trims/brackets required.
