Is there any type of way to program my Countryman so I don't need to have the doors closed to open the windows? Went on a hike, myself and the dog were in the car while my wife was getting things organized in the hatchback and I had to have her close it to open the windows. Kind of annoying.

Huh, my Clubman windows will go down if the doors are open...

 

Just found this in the manual:

"The doors and tailgate must be closed to operate the windows."

I am hoping there is someway to re-program that as it makes no sense to me at all.

 

in my 2016 clubman the other day, i had my driver door open and i tried using the one touch feature to roll down the window and it wouldn't.

i had to hold down the button... first world problems.

Thanks, read up on Carly. Really not worth the money for me just to change that though. If the app ever goes on sale I'd consider it. Very helpful forum!

There is a much cheaper route to go if you are any bit computer literate. All you need is an inexpensive cable and free software...
