LED Light bar mounted in the lower scoop, SUCCESS!!!

Mounted my 20" Rigid Industries SR Light Bar in the lower scoop of my ALL4. A weekend's worth of trimming, test fitting, retrimming, retest fitting in a endless seeming loop. Love the way it turned out, sits super flush with the top of the scoop

So did you completely remove the grill? Can you give more detailed info, pictures? Very interested in doing this.

Looks really good! Almost like a bar was meant to go there. Good job.

That's what I was thinking. Not a "fan" of reducing intake flow.

Actually that's below were he put his light bar so really it's fine that vent is in front of our radiator fan.

Perfecto. Would be cool if someone made a splitter or "air plate diverter" for CM-S front bumpers at level of license plate bracket. Maybe something similar to what the BMW M cars have that direct airflow into a grill area. ( In this case probably brakes ) In a high pressure area like this, a little can go a long way.

Call/email them and mention my username (long time customer) and they'll hook you up for lots less than MSRP, guarantee it.

Heads up, this is not a project for an amateur, but if you can turn a wrench and drill holes, you've got a shot.

Been thinking of fabricating something like this.

Because they are amazing. I have a set of Dually D2s in hyperspot on my R53 and I get the same sort of distance vision as I did with a set of Lightforce 225 halogens.

They are absolutely amazing!

Looks awesome man. Now I'm wondering if it's even possible to put one of those onto my R58 Coupe.

Absolutely love this! Just got a 2012 Countryman S All4 and was thinking of doing something similar to mine.. Do you have any videos or photos from the installation process? Or of the modifications you had to make to get it in?
