Cool Photos of ALL4 in Australia's Simpson Desert

Some serious driving around in the desert in the ALL4 - a good photo collection.

Wow. Lot's of digging out and towing. I wonder what that fine sand does to the engine? Thanks for sharing!

Pertty cool. Too bad it was bone stock. They should have put some all terrain tires and the 2 inch lift and I bet it would not have had half the problems that they did.

Also didn't realize that the ALL4 was available with the NON S body style, but the configuration are probably different in AUSSIE country. It was also a Cooper D, not available here in the USA.

Yeah, that's just not right - using those tires. Look at the photo of it next to the Nissan truck and its tires and shocks. And pulling it through the river?? Did it float a little at least? The whole thing is needless car abuse. Just because it says All4 doesn't automatically mean you can drag it through the Sahara. But I'm also thinking the Cooper D must have a lot more low end torque than the gasoline version.
