ITS HERE! My dealer called me up this morning and we were able to get all the paper work done before taking delivery tomorrow. It has to go through the dealers clean and prep so they are going to do that tomorrow while we are at work. Then after the work day we are going to pick it up.
We got to see it today, just no personnel there to get it finished up. Looks a lot better in person then in the online pics. Pics to come later.
Our trade in is on "loan" to us today so one last day with the 05 cooper.

I'm jealous! mine has been sitting at the port since the 30th and still hasn't shipped, hopefully it will get on the Tombarra that leaves tomorrow.

Looks like I'm in the same... boat as you. Mine made it to the port on the 31st, but no sign of it making that boat. The Tombarra is already in port, so hopefully they've had plenty of time to get them on board!

Yeah, I see that both the Tombarra and the Euphrates Highway are now at port, so hopefully we can get on one or the other

What is your destination port again? I missed a WWL boat by 1 day but I was fortunate that another ship going to Port Hueneme came the next day. Unfortunately I can't track it though since it's NYK Line.

Well, we did all the paper work on the wife's MINI, she got to sit in it and learn about it. But, I decided to have them put the 3M Clear Mask on it - so we won't actually get it until today about 12 noon. They did give us a Black Countryman Cooper S to drive, so it gives us a little time to get use to it before we hit the road on Thursday early AM.

My car is on a boat! ASK-MINI and the OL hasn't caught up with reality yet (not even sure why I check the OL anymore at this point), but the Wallenius Wilhelmsen tracking is showing my VIN with the status of being loaded on the Tombarra yesterday.
For some reason the boat is currently headed to Sweden, but I won't ask too many questions! It should dock in Jersey City on the 19th.

Where are you guys getting your information from? I call ask mini and don't get the same info. I talked to someone today and she told me they did not have the dates for the order or vin and the only thing they could tell me is my car was in production but not in the body shop.

So ASK-MINI finally switched over to knowing that I was on a boat. A full two days after it actually left Bremerhaven. The OL still says I'm awaiting transport.
The boat is still in Sweden - should leave sometime today for Belgium. By the time it makes it to the US my car will have been through Austria, Germany, Sweden, Belgium, the UK and Canada. Quite a trip!
