I've heard that MINI sends its new owners welcome packages filled with all sorts of random things, antennae ball, pen, journal, carwash kit...etc.

Any of the 2012 countrymen owners receive anything from MINI yet? And if you did, how long after delivery of your vehicle did you receive it?

I got my goodie bag within 30 days (maybe sooner) i don't wannt spoil the suprise, but you get cool stuff!

Oooooh... I think someone should start a "Spoilers" thread and post pics of the 2012 goody bags! I am not know for my patience, but I am known for my ability to ruin surprises!

 

3 weeks, nothing yet also

 

Had our clubman for 2 months now and nothing yet. My wife asks at least once a week where her free stuff is.

 

When we got our Clubman in 2008, we received a package from MINI Canada after about 8-10 weeks.

We've had our 2011 Countryman for 4+ months now, and so far, nothing

 

My Dad has had his Countryman for close to 3 weeks now, and no sign of the goody bag. I know he doesn't go in for that stuff, so I can't wait to snag it when he hands it off. XD

 

the 'mailer' is the best part. . . the goodies inside are lovely

 

Hmmm, so it seems the goody bag's arrival date is going to be the biggest surprise!

And thanks to Kay Gee for keeping the contents a secret. I'd hate to have been responsible for ruining some else's surprise.

I'm a firm believer in not ruining suprises. I'm an adult, and Santa Claus still comes to my house. (meaning: no presents appear under the tree until Christmas Morning, cuz he delivers 'em)

 

My MA said I was getting the antenna ball in a few weeks for my new MINI. Still haven't gotten it yet, its been almost 3 weeks. Not sure if he was referring to a MINI goodie bag. Also I asked my MA if new MINI customers got any discounts off the price of the car. "He said No, but I can throw in some free stuff so I go the MINI Cool Bag for free."

the best "extra" i got, was a gift from the Parts manager. He hooked me up with a 'shorty' Sport Antenna the day I bought my CMS ALL 4

 

Speak of the devil.. the goody bag arrived the next day I posted this so make it 35 days after delivery

 

Nothin yet here . I picked my CM ALL4 last week though. I'll keep my fingers crossed .

 

I got one with my Cooper S--I hope they do something different for the CM so it's CM-special

 

I thought this couldn't possibly be true. However, I got my goody bag today! A little over a month since I picked up Mickey. Sorry, Montana, it doesn't appear to be CM specific.

 

Three weeks on the nose, and we got ours! I won't spoil anything inside, but I will advise not to cut open the bag but to pull the seam apart (it will instruct you to cut it). The bag it comes in, when turned inside-out, doubles as a small back pack.

 

Hmm...been over two months and I haven't received anything.

 

Been four weeks; nothing yet...

 

I post. I get home. The package is in my mailbox. They're watching us people... THEY ARE WATCHING.
