We have our CM on order and got the $750 convenience package. This is the one you can get if you have the Navi/Connected pack. The order sheet my MA printed out looked correct but this option does not show up in the little details box when I check my order on the owners lounge. Should I be concerned or no?

 

Often the OL isn't correct or takes time to update. Make sure you VIR is right, and that should be all you need to worry about.

 

OL? Hell, it's not even on the configurator yet. I can't get my RA to figure out how to add it either.

 

Tell them it is code ZC2.

Glad I could help. I was in the same situation with my MA and had to track down this code on my own and tell him what it was.

 

It's not on my OL either, but it's on the MA order, and they've admitted that the OL is often inaccurate. It was wrong on my 07 MCS order, too, so nothing's been updated in 3+ years...

 

I ordered ZC2 (in fact there is a whole thread on the subject) and it never showed in OL. No worries.

If your MA is struggling, find another. No excuses. This is not a secret and MINI even published a bulletin on the topic. I have little patience for this sort of thing.
